I had the greatest experience buying a bed at Rainbow Furniture. Everyone was nice to work with especially the manager Ron. My bed mattiest, boxspring, & frame were delivered in record time. I can't wait to purchase my next living room & dinning room set.

Nice furniture, a beautiful girl working in the office. Delivery guys need to slow down a little bit, my new bed was broken from them rushing to put it together. But, they took the part number, and came back and replaced the part within 2 weeks. Its a good spot. I recommend checking it out.

I searched for weeks for a couch that I liked, and it wasn't until I checked out Rainbow Furniture that I saw such a wide selection. I got a name brand couch that was unbelievably affordable, and I got to pick from several colors. On top of that, staff were actually kind and helpful (was practically ignored at other stores)! They kept me updated on the shipment and delivery, this service was just perfect.

THANK YOU, Ronnie and Chelsea for your excellent service. I just purchased an extra firm Orthopedic/Rhino mattress for my full-sized bed. It truly supports my aching back. I am so happy. It is a Flip-over mattress, which is a RARE FIND today. Thus, I can flip it over to use both sides; it's like getting 2 mattresses for the price of one. I compared their prices to popular competitors who advertise on TV, and their prices respect the needed consumers in these challenging financial times. Any merchant who curtails financial burdens for consumers deserves reciprocated respect. I bought solid wood bedroom sets and a dining room set years ago, and they still look like and function like new. May God give back to Rainbow Furniture . . . what they give to us, their needy consumers . . . QUALITY CHEAPER THAN MANY OTHERS . . . WELL DESERVED. o

I cannot say enough how wonderful the Rainbow Team was. I live in VT, my elder father lives in Worcester. He desperately needed a new mattress, as the one he had was many years old and causing unnecessary pain in his back. The Rainbow team was extraordinary to deal with- incredible customer service to purchase a stellar set from afar. And, when the removal of the old mattress happened, Rainbow didn't have any availability to deliver that day. But, they did not want my father without a good night sleep and coordinated a delivery within hours. I feel they went above and beyond. My father is THRILLED and said the delivery team was kind and wonderful. Coordinating from another state could potentially be terrible, but the Rainbow team put the client first. It was easy and compassionate. I am so deeply grateful. Thank you!

I highly recommend Rainbow furniture!!! Chelsea was AMAZING! She made the entire process soooo easy; she was super responsive and incredibly helpful!! It was nice to deal with a company that puts people ahead of profit because choosing furniture - that I plan to have for a long time, was not a quick process (for me, at least) but Chelsea walked me through the entire process and was so patient with me! I will never buy new furniture anywhere but Rainbow!! CHOOSE RAINBOW!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

It was a great experience dealing with everyone from sales to accounting to delivery guys. Everyone was upfront about the delays and when it would arrive. I waited six months to the day for my furniture and I am happy that no one lost hope that it would come. Delivery was smooth and friendly. I would buy from them again in a minute.

10/10 Ron and the staff were amazing! He got us our beautiful new couch for a great deal! He was able to order my couch and get delivered a day earlier than we expected! He kept us updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back in the future !!

I had a great experience with Rainbow Furniture! They delivered my sofa sleeper today, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. Their customer service was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way, making sure there were no issues with the delivery. The price was unbeatable the best I found anywhere and the entire process was smooth and professional. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
